Are utilities included in the rent?

Light and water are paid separately from your rent. Tenants may set up their electricity through CUC after moving in.

Do the apartments come furnished?

All apartments come fully furnished with a full-size bed, lounge furniture, and kitchen appliances. Coin-operated washer and dryer facilities are available at all properties.

What are the policies on pets and guests?

Absolutely no pets are allowed on property. Visitors are allowed for a reasonable length of stay, and should be mindful of neighboring tenants.

Do apartments have central air-conditioning?

Each apartment comes with split a/c units.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash as a form of payment.

Can we paint the apartment after moving in?

Tenants may paint this inside of the apartment with approval and written agreement provided by the Landlord.

Who do we contact for maintenance and repairs?

Tenants may call/text 916-4750 for issues concerning maintenance and repairs i.e. leaks and broken appliances. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
